On The Flaming Youth Of The 1920's? The Concept? Of Motivation? Birthmark Hawthorne? Til at harvard appendix hj?lpe dig med at Essay on MSC strukturere dit essay kan du anvende folgende refleksionscirkel: Refleksionscirklen kan strukturere dit essay ved at appendix lade dig fokusere pa kompositionen dvs. Fashion Customer Profile? opbygningen af dit essay. Appendix?

Political? Economy:? I videoen her forklarer jeg mere uddybende, hvad der karakteriserer reflekterende skrivning med udgangspunkt i et blogindl?g (l?s i ovrigt mere her) som eksempel: Disse fem diskurser er tidligere blevet brugt af flere amerikanske pr?sidenter, fx George W. Harvard Appendix? Bush. Customer? Birthmark?

Essay On MSC?

The Concept? Hertzberg Two Factor Of Motivation? Appendix? Nar du skal finde materiale til at the concept of the inddrage i dit essay, kan det nogle gange hj?lpe at harvard oprette et mindmap. The Concept Political?

I ovenstaende eksempel vil emnet for harvard, dit essay v?re dialekter. Two Factor Theory?

Appendix? Og sonderjysk er altsa ret sv?rt at hertzberg of motivation forsta. Harvard Appendix? I ovenstaende eksempel fokuseres der pa mindst to the concept, forskellige vinkler pa dialekter. Harvard Appendix? Profile? S?rligt direkte sporgsmal kan v?re med til at appendix v?kke l?serens interesse, men brug dem med made og husk at Economy: Japan fa reflekteret over harvard appendix, nogle af dem undervejs, sa l?seren ikke foler sig snydt. Essay On MSC? The Concept Of The? Of The Political?

The Concept Of The Political? Harvard? Du skal v?re logget ind for at Essay Global Economy: Japan skrive en kommentar.

The audience to whom this position paper is directed would be to those people who feel uncomfortable with harm perpetrated to the environment that do not realize that they are directly supporting harm to the environment by patronizing Victoria’s Secrets. The purpose for hertzberg two factor informing people about the harvard appendix advertisement, as stated previously, is to inform people who do not realize that Victoria’s Secret’s is a great contributor to the environmental disaster of deforestation. Furthermore, it puts people “on the spot” and not able to feign ignorance by eliminating any prior claim to faux plausible denial. Context—where, when, and jane eyre religion, how are you addressing them? (Imagine them reading this paper) If there was a manner in which to address individuals it would be by presenting the essay within the context of harvard, a magazine article designed to raise public consciousness and awareness.

Thesis—what overall point are you trying to make? (Use it as an example for great marketing.) Please list the ad’s own audience, purpose, and appeals here. There are those people whose luxury items hide them from the stark realities of the world, a reality that they are contributing to harm while being able to the concept of the plausibly deny knowledge of the harm, so shocking them out of their plausible denial remains a major component of reversing the negative trends that they cause. Organization—what points are you going to make and in what order? Why did you choose that order? (i.e., why do you think this order will be most successful with your readers?) 1. To introduce the ad 2. Explain what the ad means. 3. Put a feeling of guilt and hypocrisy onto those who contribute to the negative aspects of Victoria’s Secret 4. Challenge those who acquire the catalogues to amend their ways. Rough Draft Victoria#8217;s Dirty Little Secret.

There are a number of ways that a message can be delivered. Unfortunately, a polite manner of speech is oftentimes ignored. Because of this, a more over the top and bombastic approach is utilized to grab people’s attention. While some people will perform such bombastic messages with little tact, there are those out there who are creative enough to present a clear message in an over the top manner that will shock people into confronting the truth of the message. Such is the harvard case with Forest Ethics’ campaign to awaken the public in regards to “Victoria’s Dirty Little Secret.” So what is “Victoria’s Dirty Little Secret?” Basically, the lingerie company Victoria’s Secrets publicizes its stock by 1936, way of a large catalogue that chronicles the multitude of clothing items that they offer for sale. Of course, the harvard catalogue is printed on paper, a great deal of paper, as there are literally tens of thousands of customer, catalogues printed every year. Since the production of paper requires the deforestation of rain forests, the purpose of Forest Ethics’ ad campaign is to raise public awareness by shocking the public with the true facts as to the devastation that the catalogue printing business is harvard appendix causing. Ultimately, there needs to Flaming be a question asked in regards to whether or not this is a “great” ad. To answer that question, one must provide a twofold answer. First, is the ad great on an aesthetic level?

Second, is the advertisement effective in bringing about the proper response that the appendix ad is supposed to bring. Onto the first part: the ad is an excellent ad because it is creative, shocking and effectively delivers an expository message. In other words, it is Essay 1920's very clear in harvard, what it seeks to present. If there was a negative to the ad, it would be that the ad is 1936 summer a bit too expository in its design, but similar ads targeting the harvard cigarette makers were quite effective in terms of changing public opinion about smoking, so perhaps an overly expository message is not as bad as it would seem. As for the second part, the effectiveness of the ad is contingent on the personal feelings of those who see the ad. In other words, there will be certain people who just don’t care about jane religion, deforestation. Oh well. There will be some people who will take the ad to heart and follow its directives, so to that degree, it can be a successful ad. To a certain degree, the effectiveness of the manner in which the harvard appendix ad advocates change rests on the concept political the ability of the ad to force those who see it to confront their (possible) hypocrisy. Harvard! That is to say, if a customer who has purchased a great deal of inventory from the concept of the, Victoria’s Secrets in an individual who espouses a platform of environmental advocacy, then the harvard individual must make a decision as to whether or not actually commit to making a change in terms of supporting a business that is an “enemy of the state” as far as environmental disasters go, or to reverse one’s purchasing decisions as a means of convincing the of the political power to appendix be at Victoria’s Secret to reverse their policies and, perhaps, expand online catalogue distribution as opposed to Essay Flaming Youth the traditional paper method.

Also, by publicly exposing the Victoria’s Secrets company, the ability for people to claim plausible denial about the deforestations the appendix company has been responsible for is greatly reduced if not outright eliminated. While the fashion profile advertisement is harvard appendix a bit excessive in the manner in jane eyre religion, which it presents its subject matter and thematic concerns, it is a creative ad that can help sway opinion and drive people to harvard action simply by presented a very bombastic message that is virtually impossible to Essay Economy: ignore. Final Draft Victoria#8217;s Dirty Little Secret. Harvard Appendix! There are a number of different methods in which a specific ideological message can be delivered. A manner of delivery that falls into the category of polite speech is, sadly often ignored. Because of this, bombastic, over the top approach is utilized to deliver the message. While certain individuals will present bombastic messages with no regard to tact, there are those who possess a faculty of creativity that allows them to present a clear message in an over profile the top manner that will shock people into confronting the truth of the message. Such is the case with Forest Ethics’ campaign to awaken the public in regards to “Victoria’s Dirty Little Secret.” So what is appendix “Victoria’s Dirty Little Secret?” Basically, the lingerie company Victoria’s Secrets publicized its inventory by track, way of a large print catalogue that itemizes the multitude of clothing items that they offer for harvard sale. Since the production of paper requires the deforestation of rain forests, the purpose of Forest Ethics’ ad campaign is to raise public awareness by shocking the public with the jane eyre religion true facts as to the devastation that the catalogue printing business is causing. Harvard! This places a great deal of onus on those individuals who patronize Victoria’s Secret in Essay on The Flaming, a manner which forces them to actualize their complicity in the horrors that deforestation can cause.

Ultimately, there needs to be a clear examination as to harvard appendix whether or not this is an effective ad campaign. In short, is the ad a “great” ad? To answer that question, one must provide a twofold answer. First, is the ad great on an aesthetic level and secondly, is the advertisement effective in bringing about the proper response that the ad is supposed to bring. Much of the ad is two factor theory effective in appendix, the way it parodies the classic 1970’s style sexist ads. It is effective in the way it throws those conventions out and takes what is supposed to be visually stimulating and turns it into a visual nightmare.

Granted, it is a bit over the top, but it still manages to be effective. The ad is creative, shocking and effectively delivers an expository message. In other words, it is very clear in what it seeks to fashion present. If there was a negative to the ad, it would be that the ad is a bit too expository in its design, but similar ads targeting the cigarette makers were quite effective in terms of changing public opinion about smoking, so perhaps an overly expository message is not as bad as it would seem. Harvard! As for the second part, the effectiveness of the ad is contingent on the personal feelings of those who see the ad. In other words, there will be certain people who put their personal purchasing freedoms above any political or environmental advocacy and Global Japan, have no real interest in the problems of harvard appendix, deforestation. Customer Profile! However, the ad will be successful if it reaches a decent segment of the population and is able to convert a portion or percentage of said demographic. To that degree, the ad can be extremely successful. To a certain degree, the effectiveness of the manner in which the ad advocates change rests on the ability of the ad to force those who see it to confront their (possible) hypocrisy. That is to say, if a customer who has purchased a great deal of harvard, inventory from Victoria’s Secrets is an individual who is sympathetic to hertzberg two factor of motivation a platform that endorses environmental advocacy, then the individual must make a decision as to whether or not actually commit to revoke support for a business that is an “enemy of the harvard state” as far as environmental disasters go, or to reverse one’s purchasing decisions as a means of convincing the power to be at jane, Victoria’s Secret to reverse their policies and, perhaps, expand online catalogue distribution as opposed to the traditional paper method.

Also, by harvard appendix, publicly exposing the eyre religion Victoria’s Secrets company the ability for consumers to claim plausible denial about the deforestations the company has been responsible for is greatly reduced if not outright eliminated. While the harvard appendix advertisement is a bit excessive in Economy:, the manner in which it presents its subject matter and thematic concerns, it is a creative ad that can help sway opinion and drive people to action simply by presented a very bombastic message that is virtually impossible to ignore.

In consultation with the Chief Justice of India, a judge of the High Court can be transferred from one court to the other in fashion customer, the Union Territory of India. When the appendix, office of the Chief Justice of a High Court falls vacant or when any such Chief Justice is, by theory of motivation, reason of harvard, absence or otherwise, unable to perform the duties of his office, the duties of of the, his office shall be performed by one of the other judges of the court, who may be appointed by the President, to perform such duties. As said earlier when the work in harvard appendix, the High Court has increased, in order to cope with the jane, increased volume of work, the harvard appendix, President may appoint any qualified person as temporary judge. But such an profile, appointment shall not exceed a period of 2 years.

Chief Justice of a High Court with the harvard appendix, prior consent of President, can request a retired judge of the High Court whether of his own or any other state to sit and act as a judge of the High Court of the state. Such a judge shall enjoy and be entitled to such allowances as the President may by order determine and have all the jurisdictions, powers and privileges as any other judge of the High Court. 4. Essay on the Powers and Functions of High Courts : One of the most essential features of Indian Judicial system is its impartiality. Harvard Appendix. In the constitution it has been provided that the Judges should act impartially.

For the purpose it is provided that salary and allowances of the judges are non-votable and thus conduct and behaviour of any individual judge cannot be discussed in the legislature. Article 225 of the constitution had a proviso which said that, “Any restriction to which the exercise of original jurisdiction of any of the profile, High Courts with respect to any matter concerning the revenue or concerning any act ordered or any act done in harvard, the collection thereof was subject immediately before the commencement of this constitution shall no longer apply to the exercise of Global, such jurisdiction.” This provision of the constitution was omitted by Forty-Second Constitution Amendment Act but was again restored and incorporated in the constitution with the passing of Forty- Fourth Constitution Amendment Act.

High Court of harvard appendix, a state is the highest judicial authority, whose decisions are binding over all citizens residing in the state. The High Courts of Bombay, Calcutta and eyre religion, Madras have both original as well as appellate powers, whereas other High Courts have only harvard appendix appellate powers. The Concept. Such powers extend both in civil as well as criminal cases. The High Courts are courts of record and have been authorised to issue directions, orders and writs in the nature of habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, quo warranto and certiorari, etc., for the enforcement of Fundamental Rights of citizens or any other purpose. The powers conferred on High Court shall not be in derogation of the powers conferred on the Supreme Court, by the constitution. The Chief Justice of the High Court is appendix competent to on The appoint officers and servants of the High Court. He can lay down their conditions of service which, however, require the approval of the State Governor.

The jurisdictions of High Court can be extended by law of Parliament, which can curtail its powers as well. Act 226 of the constitution which deals with this provision was amended by Forty-Second and Forty-Third Constitution Amendment Acts. Forty-Fourth Constitution Amendment Act again amended this Article of the constitution, which is appendix now as follows: Power of the High Court to issue certain writs: (1) Not withstanding anything under Article 32, every High Court shall have power throughout the territory in relation to which it exercises jurisdictions, to Economy: issue to harvard appendix any person or authority, including in appropriate cases, any government, within these territories directions, orders or writs in the nature of habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, quo warranto, and certiorari, or any one of them, for jane, the enforcement of harvard, any of the rights conferred by part III and for any other purpose; (2) To issue directions, orders or writs to a government, authority or person may also be exercised by any High Court exercising jurisdictions in relation to the territories within which the cause of actions, wholly or in part, arise for the exercise of such power, not withstanding that the seat of such government or authority or the residence of such person is not within those territories. (3) Where any party against whom an interim order whether by way of of the, injunction or stay or in harvard appendix, any other manner, is made on, or in any proceedings relating to, a petition under clause (1), without, (a) Furnishing to such party-copies of such petition and the concept of the, all documents in support of the plea for such interim order; (b) Giving such party an opportunity of being heard, makes an application to the High Court for the vacation of such order and furnishes a copy of such application to the party in whose favour such order has been made or the counsel of such party, the harvard, High Court shall dispose of the application within a period of two weeks from the date on which it is received or from the dale on which the copy of Essay Flaming Youth of the 1920's, such application is so furnished, whichever is later, or where the High Court is closed on appendix, the last day of that period before the expiry of the Essay on The Flaming 1920's, next day afterwards on which the High Court is open; and if the appendix, application is not so disposed of, the interim order shall, on the expiry of that period, or as the the concept of the, case may be, the expiry of said next day, stand vacated.” In this way the High Courts have been given back the power to issue writs and also to examine central laws, which had been taken away from them after the passing of appendix, constitution Forty-Second and Forty-Third Amendment Acts.

Before the commencement of constitution, in India only the High Courts of Bombay, Calcutta and Madras had the power to issue writs mentioned in the above said Article 226. But now all the courts have been given powers to customer profile issue these. The writs are also known as prerogative writs. In the harvard, case of Election Commission of India Vs. Saka Venkata Subba Rao, it was ruled that High Court had no power to on The Flaming 1920's issue a writ to appendix the Election Commission, which had its offices permanently located at New Delhi. All the High Courts have almost agreed that writs or directions under Article 226 should ordinarily not be issued where an alternative remedy, equally efficient and adequate exists, unless there is any exceptional reason for dealing with the matter under writ jurisdiction. The Supreme Court has held in the case of AB SK Sanga Vs. the Union of India 1981 that an association can maintain a writ petition for the redressal of common grievance. In Judges transfer case 1982, the Supreme Court has held that any member of the public having sufficient interest can approach the court for enforcing constitutional or legal proceedings where a specific legal injury has been caused to a determined group of Essay Economy:, persons when such group is unable to come before the harvard appendix, court because of poverty, disability, etc., and the court will decide about relief. Thus, the scope of Art. 226 has been sufficiently widened.

6. Essay on the Kinds of Writs : Certiorari may be described as an order issued by Essay on The of the, the High Court to an inferior court or body exercising what the High Court regards judicial or quasi-judicial function to have the appendix, decisions or acts of such courts or body removed to summer olympics track the High Court in order that its legality may be investigated. It is discretionary and is not issued merely because it is lawful to do so. It can be issued to a judicial or quasi-judicial body on the ground of want or excess jurisdiction, violation of procedure or dis-regard of principles of natural justice or error of law apparent on the face of the record. As regards writ of appendix, prohibition it is a type of a writ which commands the court or tribunal to whom it is issued to refrain from doing something which it is eyre religion about to do or to assume jurisdictions which it does not possess. In other words such a writ lies both for excess of jurisdictions as well as absence of jurisdiction. While differentiating between the two writs, Shukla says, “When an inferior court, takes up for hearing a matter over harvard appendix, which it has no jurisdiction, the person against whom the Global Japan, proceedings are taken can move the superior court for harvard, a writ of prohibition, and on that, an order will issue prohibiting the inferior court from continuing the proceedings. On the other hand, if the court hears that case or matter and gives a decision, the party aggrieved will have to move the superior court for a writ of certiorari, and on the concept, that, an appendix, order will be made quashing the decision on the ground or want of jurisdiction.”

A writ of mandamus is issued only when there is equally no other efficient remedy. Essay Youth. It is issued by the superior court, in harvard appendix, the form of an order, to any government, corporation, court, etc., to do or forebear from doing some specific act which that body is obliged to do or refrain from doing, as the case may be, and which is in the nature of a public duty and in of the political, certain cases of statutory duty. No mandamus will lie where the duty is of discretionary nature. It is issued to prevent the government from enforcing an unconstitutional act or notification. Writ of Quo warranto is issued to prevent a person who has wrongfully usurped an office from appendix continuing in that office. It calls upon the holder of the summer olympics, office to show to harvard the court under what authority he holds the office. Before a citizen can claim this type of writ he must satisfy the court that the two factor theory of motivation, office in question is a public office.

It will not lie in harvard appendix, respect of an office of two factor of motivation, private nature and should be of substantive nature. Writ of Corpus is very important. It is a process by which a person who is harvard confined without legal justification may secure a release from Japan his confinement. By this writ the High Court can order a person, who has kept in custody another person to bring the latter before the court and let it know on what grounds the appendix, prisoner is confined. A person is not entitled to be released on the petition of habeas corpus if there is political no illegal restraint.

Physical confinement is not necessarily to appendix constitute detention. Control and custody are sufficient. Appeals from lower courts can lie in on The Flaming of the 1920's, the High Court, both in appendix, civil and criminal matters, if the court is satisfied that some substantial question of law or interpretation of the constitution is involved or if any court below it has acted without or in excess of its jurisdiction or there has been some error of law. If the High Court feels it necessary, it can withdraw some case pending before it and decide that and then return the lower court with a copy of the judgment to enable that court to proceed further in accordance with the judgment. Article 227 of the constitution provides that, High Courts have power of superintendence over all other courts and tribunals throughout the state. It can call for returns from such courts and make and issue general rules and prescribe forms for regulating the practice and proceedings of such courts. It is also empowered to prescribe forms in fashion customer, which books, entries and accounts have been kept. This power which has been given to the High Courts is both of an administrative as w ell as judicial nature. The High Courts, if need be, can interfere with the appendix, administrative orders of inferior courts. Youth Of The. Such an interference can be for want of excess jurisdiction, failure to exercise jurisdiction violation of procedure, disregard of the principle of natural justice and error of law apparent on the face of record.

Such a superintendence also extends over tribunals which are not courts in the strict sense of the term. In the case of B.N. Banerjee and P.R. Mukerji the harvard, Supreme Court has held that “Unless there was grave miscarriage of justice or flagrant violation of law the High Court could not interfere. The power should not ordinarily be exercised if some alternative remedy is available. However, existence of alternative remedy is no bar if alternative remedy is not effective or speedy.” This Article too was amended by Forty-Second and 1936 track, Forty-Fourth Constitution Amendment Acts. This Article of the constitution, as originally stood was: “(1) Every High Court shall have superintendence over all court* and tribunals throughout the territories in relation to which it exercises jurisdictions.” This was substituted by Forty-Second Constitution Amendment Act. It provided that: “Every High Court shall have superintendence over all courts subject to harvard appendix appellate jurisdictions.”

It also inserted a new sub-clause in 1936 summer, this Article which read as follows: (5) Nothing in this Article shall be construed as giving to High Court any jurisdiction to question any judgment of any inferior courts which is not otherwise subject to appeal or revision. Forty-Fourth Constitution Amendment Act, however, brought back the status quo and nullified the changes introduced by Forty-Second Constitution Amendment Act. Similarly Article 228 of the constitution which empowered the High Courts to withdraw cases from the subordinate courts was also amended. The Article as it stood before amendment provided: “If the High Court is satisfied that a case pending in a court subordinate to it involves a substantial question of law as to the interpretation of harvard appendix, this constitution the determination of which is necessary for the disposal of the case, it shall withdraw the case and may… Forty-Second Constitution Amendment Act omitted the words in italics and provided instead that. “It shall withdraw the case and subject to the provisions of Article 131 A, may.”…. shall be substituted. In other words by this provision, Article (131 A) imposed restrictions on hertzberg of motivation, the High Courts. Forty-Third Constitution Amendment Act, however, nullified this amendment and harvard, restriction of on The Youth of the, Article 131A was removed from the appendix, courts. This Forty-Second Amendment Act of the constitution added a new Article (228A) in it. 228 A: Special provision relating to constitutional validity of the concept, state laws: (1) No High Court shall have jurisdiction to declare any central law to be constitutionally invalid; (2) Subject to harvard appendix the provisions of Article 131A, the High Court may determine all questions relating to constitutional validity of any state law; (3) The minimum number of judges who shall sit for the purpose of determining any question as to the constitutional validity of any state law shall be five; provided that where the High Courts consist of hertzberg theory of motivation, less than five judges, all the judges of the High Court may sit and appendix, determine such questions.

(4) A state law shall not be declared to be constitutionally invalid by the High Court unless. (a) Where the High Court consists of five judges or more, not less than two-third of the judges sitting for the purpose of fashion, determining the validity of such law, hold it to be constitutionally invalid, and. (b) Where the High Court consists of less than five judges, all the judges of the High Court sitting for the purpose hold it to be constitutionally invalid. (5) The provisions of this Article shall have effect not withstanding anything contained in this part. In computing the number of harvard appendix, judges of a High Court for Essay Youth 1920's, the purpose of this Article, a judge who is disqualified by reason of appendix, personal or pecuniary bias shall be excluded. Forty-Third Constitution Amendment Act also omitted this and the concept of the political, thus powers of the High Courts which had been much reduced were given back to them. As a court of record High Court has power to punish those who are adjudged guilty of harvard, contempt of court. All its decisions are binding and cannot be questioned in any lower court. The constitution has empowered Chief Justice to profile appoint officers and servants of High Court, whose conditions of service are also to be decided by him with the appendix, approval of the Governor. Parliament by law can extend jurisdictions of a High Court to, or exclude the jurisdictions of jane eyre, a High Court, to any Union Territory.

High Courts in India have been given full freedom and independence in imparting justice to the people and ensure that executive and legislature shall in no way interfere in day-to-day life of the people. During emergency period of 19 months along with Supreme Court some powers of the High Courts were taken away and many such powers were restored with the passing of Forty-Third and Forty-Fourth Constitution Amendment Acts. During this period of 19 months some excesses were alleged to have been committed and for this Janata party which came to harvard appendix power in 1977, set up some Commissions of track, Enquiry and Specials Courts. When proceedings were going on Janata party, was defeated and Congress (I) came to power. In many cases the courts allowed the harvard, government to withdraw the cases, while in many other cases the decisions went in favour of the accused. This left an impression on the minds of the two factor theory, people, that the courts were deciding cases in changed climate and not on the merits of the appendix, case. According to theory them the courts in India have started deciding cases after sensing political climate.

On the other hand, there are others who argue that the courts are to decide the case on the basis of harvard, documents and evidences made available to them. In case the government decides not to pursue a case and not to come forward with relevant documents and evidences, there is no other alternative for the court but to drop the case pending before it. Of course under the constitution the High Courts are linked with states but in actual practice these too are very much linked with the Centre. The Judges of the High Court and Chief Justice of a High Court is appointed by 1936 summer track, the President. He can transfer a judge or Chief Justice of State from one state to the other. Harvard. He can decide dispute about Essay Economy: Japan retirement age of the judges and also promote them as judge of the Supreme Court. He can remove a judge of the High Court after an address has been presented to him by the Parliament. Then the President can create a new High Court, thereby reduce the jurisdictions of some existing High Court. During financial emergency the Parliament can reduce or increase the salaries and allowances of appendix, judges of the High Court. Thus though States are linked with High Courts, yet in actual practice these are very much linked with the Centre as well. For some time judges were not transferred from one High Court to the other but during 1975 emergency period the judges began to transferred from one High Court to the other.

In 1977, in the case of Union of summer, India Vs. Justice Sankalachand, the Supreme Court held that a judge of the High Court could be transferred from one High Court to the other without his consent. In this case the Supreme Court asserted that the power to transfer a judge is conferred on the President in the public interest and not for the purpose of providing the executive with the weapon to harvard punish a judge for any reason whatever. It also made it clear that it was absolutely obligatory on the President to consult Chief Justice of India before transferring a judge from one High Court to fashion profile another and that this consultation must be effective one. In another case on 30th December, 1981 Supreme Court made it clear that a High Court judge may be transferred from one state to appendix another without obtaining his consent, the only requirement being that there must be effective consultation and that the transfer must be in public interest and not by way of punishment.

On October 7, 1993 in Essay Flaming Youth of the, the case of S.C. Advocate on Record Vs. the Union of appendix, India the Court held that in case of transfer of judges of High Courts the the concept political, opinion of the Chief Justice of India has not the primacy but is determinative in the matter and that the consent of the transferred judge is not required. It also said that before making such a transfer it was obligatory for the President to consult the Chief Justice of India. When Janata government came to power it reversed the policy of transferring judges from one state to the other. Harvard Appendix. It felt that such transfers injected politics in justice and judiciary. In 1980 when Congress (I) came to power it again followed the old policy of transferring judges from one state to the other. Its argument was that judges from outside the state are more impartial in of the, their judicial pronouncements than those from within. National Front government of V.P. Singh however, was not in favour of transfer of High Court Judges from one state to harvard appendix the other, but judges are now being frequently followed from religion one state to the other without any difficulty. 7. Essay on the Subordinate Courts in India: A chapter of the constitution deals with subordinate courts, because these are an integral part of Indian judicial system.

There is hardly any other constitution of the world, which discusses at such a great length the composition and detailed working of subordinate courts. It is provided in the constitution that appointment of harvard appendix, judges, their postings and promotion at district level, in any state, shall be made by the Governor of the state, in consultation with the High Court, in whose jurisdiction such a court falls. It is provided that any person who is jane not already in the service of state or Union shall be eligible to be appointed as District Judge provided, he has been an advocate or pleader for not less than seven years and harvard appendix, has been recommended by the High Court for appointment. Jane Religion. But judges, other than District Judges, are appointed by the Governor in accordance with the High Court and State Public Service Commission. It is the duty and responsibility of High Courts to harvard exercise control and supervision over fashion customer, the subordinate and harvard appendix, district courts; in matters of leave, postings, promotion and transfers and also over the personnel belonging to state judicial service. For judicial purposes each state is divided into several districts. Even each district is headed by a District Magistrate. In each district there are civil, criminal and revenue courts. At the district level, the highest civil court is district court, which is headed by a District Magistrate.

He supervises the the concept, working of civil courts and has both original as well as appellate powers. Appeals against his decisions can be taken to the High Court of the state. It also deals with cases dealing with marriage, divorce and guardianship. Appendix. Below this court are courts of on The Flaming, Senior Sub-Judges, Courts of Sub-Judges, and small causes courts, which are all in hierarchal order. The last mentioned courts are also known as Munsifaˆ™s courts and are established in big cities to dispose of cases in which small sums of Rs.500/- are involved. Then there are sub-judge courts which deal with cases in which amount involved does not exceed Rs.5,000/-, whereas in Senior Sub-Judge Courts a case can be filed which involves any amount. All these courts have original jurisdictions. Decisions of harvard appendix, these courts can be challenged in the District Courts. Criminal courts are organised in a hierarchal order.

Court of Session Judge is at the top and is empowered to try all criminal cases involving murder and other serious offences duly committed to it by a First Class Magistrate. It can award even death penalty, but such a penalty must be confirmed by the State High Court. Below this are First Class, Second Class and Third Class Magistrate Courts. Third Class Magistrate Court deals with minor offences. It can give punishments up to Rs.50/- and sentence a person up to one month, where as a Second Class Magistrate can impose a fine up to Rs.200/- and put a person behind bars for a period of six months.

Both these courts cannot hear appeals, whereas a First Class Magistrate can hear appeals against the decisions of both these courts and can impose a fine up to Rs. 1000/- and award imprisonment up to two years. Land revenue is one of the Essay on The 1920's, important sources of state income. Appendix. Cases dealing with land revenue are usually very complicated. For the recovery of summer, land revenue and appendix, dealing with other revenue cases, separate revenue courts have been set up. At the lowest level are Tehsildar courts. Appeals against the decisions of these courts lie in District Magistrate’s courts or courts of Deputy Commissioner. Above Deputy Commissioner court is Commissioner’s Court.

In revenue cases final court of Global Economy:, appeal is harvard appendix Board of Revenue. Thus, in fashion customer profile, India judicial system is in hierarchal order. Under the Directive Principles of harvard, State Policy the slate has been directed to take steps for the separation of the executive from the judiciary. In some of the states this step has already been taken and executive has been separated from judiciary. These include Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka and West Bengal. Evaluation of Subordinate Courts: Subordinate Courts in India have been criticised for delays in decision making and wide spread corruption. It is the concept political also said that in these courts there is lot of accumulation of arrears and no uniformity in harvard, decision making. Essay On The. But in a vast country like India, where justice is based on evidences and papers, such delays and variations are bound to occur. Moreover due to wide spread illiteracy, continuance of some of the outdated laws, large number of courts and tendency of the people to get their disputes settled in the courts of law, has resulted in harvard, accumulation of large number of cases at every level.

It is also alleged that in India judicial system is very costly and the poor cannot hope to get justice. The laws are so vague that India’s legal system has been called as lawyer’s paradise. It is also said that judges in India are idealist and not realist and they do not face hard realities of life, in many cases, while giving justice. Still another criticism advanced against jane eyre judiciary is appendix that these days it is showing a tendency towards bowing to political pressures. In a seminar organised by United Lawyer’s Association on the concept, August 12, 1980, at Indian Law Institute, New Delhi both Justices H.R. Harvard Appendix. Khanna and hertzberg two factor of motivation, V.R. Krishna Iyer strongly pleaded that in case judiciary is to function impartially it is essential that conditions of lower courts and service conditions of judges of these courts should be radically improved.

It was suggested that the judges in these courts should be provided residential accommodation and free transport. Their emoluments should be raised and buildings and environments in which they are required to work should be made congenial and appendix, their working conditions drastically improved. But so far nothing very far reaching has been done to improve the lower courts to 1936 summer track check prevailing corruption there and to ensure that the cases are speedily disposed of. The judges in these courts have several grudges. According to them they are low paid with poor working and service conditions.

They are under pressure from appendix all quarters and with the passing of time pressure from political and bureaucratic bosses is very much increasing.

Can iWork on the iPad really compare to a Mac? Apple's iPad is vastly different than a Mac running OS X, so how does its office productivity suite compare when used on both of these platforms? Apple offers versions of its iWork suite (Pages, Keynote, Numbers) for both the Mac OS and harvard, iOS platforms, and given that the new school year is right around the corner, students might be weighing the options for creating and managing projects using either iPads or Macs. While having been a fan of Apple's iWork suite in OS X since its debut and Essay Global Economy: Japan, enjoy having the apps available for other platforms, I have been somewhat skeptical of using the harvard, iPad or iPhone to write a full report, a formatted resume, or managing calculations in 1936 olympics, a spreadsheet. Being a touch-only device, I've considered the iPad in large part as a viewing tool where you can look up information and browse through it, rather than buckling down and creating intricate and detailed content, especially with regard to office-related tasks. While Apple's touch-based input panels in iOS have made entering strings of appendix text relatively easy, and along with gestures it provides a unique approach to drawing and arranging objects in applications, the question does arise as to whether this approach is jane eyre, adequate for more-detailed work such as word processing, presentations, and harvard, spreadsheets. Overall the differences between Pages, Numbers, and Keynote on fashion both platforms is in the capabilities of the two platforms, and herein lies the harvard, main determination of jane eyre what will suit the appendix, end user's needs.

When using iWork on the iPad, for the most part the iOS' limitations are a bit of theory a drawback when it comes to harvard, many office-related tasks, but Apple does make the best of these and offers at least usable approaches. While it is easy to simply focus on the individual program when looking at word-processing and spreadsheet management, the computing environment as a whole does play a very important role, and there are three significant drawbacks to political, the iOS platform for these purposes. Many times when composing documents you may have other programs open that you need to quickly reference, so multitasking capabilities are almost a requirement, and here is where iOS hits its first major hurdle. Since iOS apps are full-screen, you cannot have a Web browser and appendix, file browser open on the same screen to help organize ideas and content with the immediacy of a simple glance. You also cannot have multiple documents open in the same iWork application, so when putting together complex ideas you must constantly switch from Essay Global Economy:, one full-screen view to harvard, the next, and this can be a bit tiresome. iOS does offer multiple keyboards for access to different characters, but it would be nice to have these and other characters more readily available. Screenshot by Topher Kessler/CNET. The second limitation is input options. These days people are quite proficient at touch-typing, and Apple provides full keyboard layouts and split layouts that may be comfortable for some and Global Japan, will largely suffice for entering text; however, there are two missing features that do affect office-related tasks: quick cursor management and access to special characters.

In word processing, people often need to quickly select parts of words, full words, whole lines, or paragraphs, or precisely place their cursors within these areas to make appropriate edits. While Apple's touch-based inputs can do this, it takes extra steps to tap-select items, and then drag the harvard, selection limits, and these options pale in comparison to the precision and speed of either a mouse or primarily arrow keys combined with modifiers (Shift, Command, Control, etc.). One way for Apple to implement this would be to have an additional input panel containing arrow and modifier buttons to allow quick cursor management for selecting and moving items, but this is currently not available. With regard to special characters, while the iOS key trays provide access to most language-specific characters, it does not have default easy access to special characters including, for instance, a degree symbol and math symbols, among others. 1936! Unicode fonts offer a plethora of math, currency, arrow, music, and harvard, other technical symbols that can be exceptionally useful in word processing. While these are available in OS X using the two factor, system-wide Character Viewer panel, this option is limited in iOS. You can add new international keyboards in the iOS preferences that may include some of these desired characters, but this is not the same as a full character palette and also sometimes requires activating multiple keyboards to harvard appendix, have the desired characters. The last hurdle in jane eyre, iOS is its document management options.

Apple's integration of iCloud makes synchronization of harvard appendix changes between devices a breeze; however, whether you use iCloud or store documents locally, Apple allows you to only organize documents in folders that are one level deep. If you are managing a few documents then this organization can be useful, but in environments like schools where one might have multiple classes each with different projects, the inability to create subfolders for these projects might result in a bit of a cluttered organization. I contacted Apple regarding some of these limitations asking for alternative approaches and wondering about the potential for improving them, but Apple understandably could not comment on future directions of the program. Despite these inherent limitations to the iOS platform, Apple has found ways to make Pages, Keynote, and Numbers on iOS be useful and in some cases meet or even surpass the capabilities of their Mac counterparts. Pages in iOS is best described as an enhanced version of jane TextEdit for OS X. Harvard Appendix! It offers a simple approach to the page layout and fashion customer, quick options for adjusting the font, font size, text style, justification, and indentations. As with other iWork on iOS programs, Pages has object management buttons at the top-right of the program where you can access formatting details for text like lists, styles, and columns.

These options are also contextual, so if you select an image it will provide details like rotation, shadows, and outlines. As a result, when managing the visual aspects of a Pages document, the iPad is a nice tool to have; however, the lack of a direct cursor management option like arrow keys means text management itself is not as fast as can be done on a Mac. With practice you can get relatively speedy at selecting and moving text around, but for those used to a keyboard, the arrow keys and combinations of appendix modifiers such as the Shift, Command, and Option keys are invaluable options when organizing ideas and document structure. Overall, while Pages on iOS is fun and can be used with iCloud to view and on The Youth of the, add basic edits to Pages documents created elsewhere, for true word-processing speed and appendix, detailed text organization, your best bet is to primarily use Pages on the Mac OS. When it comes to making presentations, unlike Pages where the iOS input options can be a burden to the workflow, presentation creation may benefit from the touch-based input. Essay Economy: Japan! Even though as with Pages the lack of harvard appendix arrow key inputs makes managing text and aligning objects a bit harder to do, one thing it does do is dissuade people from resorting to presentations of endless bullet points. The touch-based input almost encourages you to make more-visual presentations by drawing objects and Essay Youth, arranging graphs and appendix, pictures instead of resorting to of the, text fields. One issue with Keynote that is more of harvard a desired enhancement than a drawback is its lack of ability to 1936, control or run presentations on a nearby Mac, and instead requires you to either connect the iPad to an AirPlay device, use a video adapter, or transfer the presentation to a Mac that is attached to a projector. Harvard! Unfortunately in many cases, the latter is the only available option (especially in schools), and having a Bonjour-like feature where Keynote on iOS could detect a Mac running Keynote and then request to use it for running a presentation (similar to how one can request Screen Sharing in political, iChat or Messages), would make the iPad far more useful for harvard running presentations rather than simply creating them. Overall Keynote in iOS can be used to create rich presentations that are on par with those made in OS X. While the lack of multitasking prevents the jane eyre, use of appendix some shortcuts like drag and drop, the fashion customer profile, program can be used very well either independently or in conjunction with Keynote on the Mac OS to harvard appendix, make well-done presentations. The main benefit it brings to the table is the touch-based input opening doors to making richer and more attractive presentations rather than just typing in text.

The last program in the iWork suite is jane religion, Numbers, and harvard appendix, while the previous two programs either worked well or had some limitations with the eyre religion, touch-based input, Numbers on iOS came as a surprise in that it was an amazing program to use on the iPad. Spreadsheets for the most part do not require much (if any) text management and instead content is managed through selecting cells, entering data, and harvard, managing formulas. For these purposes the touch-based input in olympics, iOS seemed to excel and appendix, truly fit the customer, workflow. Data in spreadsheets is inherently object-based, either as whole tables or as individual cells within them, and as such most tasks for harvard spreadsheets are inherently built around selecting these objects and apply changes to them. Flaming Youth 1920's! In Numbers, creating a table is as easy as tapping a button and then resizing it accordingly, and then double-tapping a cell brings up a unique entry panel, which, like a fancy calculator, offers options for entering data as text, time, general numbers, or as functions. From this panel, entering text or assembling the desired calculations by tapping and dragging is exceptionally simple, intuitive, and fits the classic paradigm of harvard appendix using a spreadsheet.

Oddly, unlike Pages and Keynote, Apple's inclusion of this unique input panel is what makes Numbers flow so nicely. Had Apple relied solely on eyre religion the standard input panels as it does for Pages and Keynote then managing data entry in the spreadsheets would be as cumbersome as managing text. However, this panel offers quick access to harvard appendix, the functions needed to manage data in the spreadsheet. Two of the options in this panel are a couple of Next buttons that move the hertzberg two factor of motivation, spreadsheet cell focus to the right or down to a new line, very similar to what arrow key inputs in iOS might provide, and outline how well Pages, Keynote, and perhaps iOS in general would benefit from them. The Forms feature in harvard appendix, Numbers for iOS is Essay 1920's, especially useful, and can easily interface with most tables to supply a quick way to enter data in your spreadsheet. Unfortunately this feature is not supported in harvard, OS X. Screenshot by on The Youth of the 1920's Topher Kessler/CNET.

Even though creating tables and entering data is simple and straightforward, Numbers for harvard iOS does have one feature that stands out in fashion profile, its utility: its entry forms for managing spreadsheet data. People often use spreadsheets to manage database-like information such as a row representing a person and columns detailing aspects about that person such as name, age, height, gender, and other items. While you can enter this data in the standard spreadsheet view, this approach can be a bit of harvard a burden. To tackle this, Apple has introduced a new Forms view where you can select a table and political, create a quick entry form for it that appears in a separate sheet tab and contains fields for the various columns in your table. Using Forms, you can essentially turn Numbers for iOS into harvard, a simple database and Essay of the, greatly facilitate data entry into your spreadsheet. Unfortunately, even though this feature is quite nice to have, it is not currently supported in harvard, Numbers for OS X. Therefore, if you share your Numbers document or synchronize it using iCloud to a Mac, opening it will strip away the form from the document. While this will not result in lost data, and while it is easy enough to re-create the the concept of the political, form and continue your data entry, this may be frustrating to deal with if you use both platforms. Despite this one drawback when used with Numbers for OS X, Numbers for iOS is a great option and really suites the touch-based input of the harvard, iPad.

It also demonstrates how both Pages and Keynote would benefit from hertzberg theory of motivation, more unique input panels that are tweaked for word processing rather than simply entering lines of text. The decision for which of Apple's iWork offerings are best comes down to determining which computing environment suits you best. Appendix! Each program on its respective platform will open the others' documents and the overall capabilities of each are quite similar, so the main difference lies in which input and multitasking approach is best for you. In my opinion, there is room for improvement for profile text management in iOS, and the platform's lack of multidocument views on the same screen can be a frustration for true office work, but despite these details, the harvard appendix, iWork suite on iOS at jane religion least complements iWork in OS X. Ultimately, even though iOS has its drawbacks, Pages will give you a means for appendix viewing your work on the go and creating basic edits, but is limited by the concept political iOS' approach to multitasking. Likewise, Keynote will allow you to work on existing presentations made on a Mac, or create new ones, and while it also would benefit from enhanced text management features, it inherently encourages a more visual approach to presentations. These two programs will have their places in harvard, various work environments, but the real star in 1936 olympics track, the suite is harvard, Numbers, which has the potential to be exceptionally useful for entering data and performing calculations on it in a variety of different situations. Pages, Keynote, and Numbers can be purchased for $19.99 each from the Mac App Store in OS X, or for the concept of the $9.99 each in the App Store on iOS devices. Questions? Comments? Have a fix?
